On the power of an open scientific approach to actions.

It is easy to replicate goal setting experiments in practical settings–most likely a result of its inductive approach to the theory. Goal setting may look into issues of dynamics of actions, for example in the dynamics of goal setting between and within departments. Additional interesting avenues of research may examine the issue of failing to reach a high goal and the dynamics of short- and long-term goals and how they are balanced.
